If tea at this time, after four of the afternoon, sleep may not visit me for ages. Thus, being Winter, and, wanting a late tea, nearly caffeine-free, but, as I read above, not quite fully without pep, I am trying an Earl Grey decaffeinated, and, so far, so good.
